Gourmensch Pizza workshop for children

Campfire food for kids - we'll make delicious and crispy pizzas over a campfire using game meat supplied by Brahetrolleborg.

Sign up for one of the four workshops where Jakob Nusbaum, outdoor chef and cookbook author, guides you through a cosy workshop where we prepare the crispiest and most delicious campfire pizzas with wild meat, delicious ingredients and herbs. Pizzas are cooked in cast iron pans directly in the fire.

Jakob Nusbaum, who started GOURMENSCH, is passionate about communicating and inspiring all of Denmark to get out into nature and cook delicious food over a fire - together.

Experience the tranquillity, the smell of campfire food, intimacy and nature. This is where you relax, socialise and build relationships. It's healthy for the soul.

There are a limited number of places, so registration is required - first come, first served.

The workshop will be held 4 times at GOURMENSCH CAMPEN.

Price Participation is free when you have paid for a ticket to Brahetrolleborg Game Fair.
Target group Children from 6-15 with parents. From the age of 12, young people can participate on their own
