If you have any questions or other enquiries, please feel free to visit the secretariat, which is staffed throughout the fair’s opening hours.

Payment

You can pay via credit card both at the entrance and at most exhibitors’ stands.
Keep an eye out for the signs or just ask someone.

Credit card can be used at the entrances and at most sales points.
Cash can be withdrawn at the secretariat using credit card.

Dogs

Brahetrolleborg Game Fair welcomes all dogs. Dogs must be kept on a lead and any mess must be picked up.

Accessibility

At Brahetrolleborg, we strive to create a welcoming environment that accommodates diversity. This means we want all visitors to have a fantastic experience, and below we have outlined the facilities available at Brahetrolleborg for visitors with disabilities.

Disabled parking is available close to the Main Entrance.

Access to disabled parking is restricted to guests with a disabled parking permit.

At Brahetrolleborg, you can obtain a ‘priority access’ wristband. The priority access wristband allows you to access a toilet more quickly. There will be ‘priority access’ toilets in all toilet blocks on the site. The ‘priority access’ wristband is issued to people who, due to illness, are unable to wait in queues for the toilets for long periods. The wristband is available from our Information Desk at the entrance.

There are several disabled toilets around the venue. See the map in the leaflet provided, or here on the website.

A disability assistant/companion may enter the fair free of charge upon presentation of a valid disability companion card, provided you purchase your own ticket either at the door or online.

In certain areas of Brahetrolleborg, it may be difficult to navigate in a wheelchair due to uneven outdoor terrain – and depending on the weather.

We have limited charging facilities for your electric wheelchair on site, but we are working on this.

Disability carers have free entry upon presentation of a carer ID card.

Children

At the entrances, children can be given a wristband on which you can write the contact person’s telephone number, so that we can get in touch if you become separated.

Children who cannot find their parents will be escorted to the fair secretariat at the main entrance, where they will remain with an adult until they are reunited with their parents.

Visitors attend the Brahetrolleborg Game Fair at their own risk.
